You explicitly agree not to forward or copy email messages or other electronic communications from VisionTMS Staff to other persons, except in circumstances where this has been agreed in advance by VisionTMS Staff, and is done with the written consent of VisionTMS Staff.

Eligibility
You understand that in order to access VisionTMS services, you must be at least 16 years of age, living in Australia and be eligible for Medicare-funded services.
Limitation of liability
You agree that neither Vision XRAY Group nor VisionTMS are liable for loss or damage suffered by you due to your use of VisionTMS services or recommendations.
